![]() Please feel free to contact me to start a lesson! I'm always happy to listen to where you're coming from and then build upon your experiences.Ĭomputer ScienceMy programming skills are three-fold: I have general-purpose object-oriented programming skills, embedded systems programming experience, and, finally, hardware design. This class inspired me and I'm sure I'll keep messing around with coding in the future". Students are often surprised that the subject can be interesting even though they might have thought it would be awful, for example: " This quickly became my favorite course of the semester to me since I have never been good at coding and thought this would be an awful class. My students consistently comment that I have a great attitude and overwhelming enthusiasm. If my students are any indication of why I'm a great tutor, it would be my enthusiasm. ![]() ![]() I've developed a lot of course material and tutoring material related to microprocessors. ![]() I have experience teaching electrical engineering at the postsecondary level. But I'm also fascinated by and love discrete math. I'm especially fascinated by the way "continuous time" math can model physical systems: differential equations, Fourier analysis, Laplace and Systems, and Complex analysis. I think it's a great way to understand the world around us. From the first time I realized my value in small study groups helping my classmates to my time designing postsecondary course material, I've always enjoyed spending my time helping students grasp the material.Įngineering has enriched my life in many ways. Hi! I have always loved electrical engineering, mathematics, and computer science! I'm especially interested in discovering new ways to explore what can often be challenging material.
